It is fathead.com (link below). I have included a link for the custom section of their site and I believe you can send a pic and have it turned into a big wall graphic. The hardest part might be getting a big size print out, but any Kinko's or copy store should have large format printing available for a price. Otherwise you might need to contact a sign manufacturer and you could have the images printed directly on the material, and then you would need to cut it out.
