alright so i have not big but not small eyes. a lot of eyelashes but not really that long. i barely have any lashes on the bottom. my eyes are blue grey green. they turn green a lot. i want to bring out the blue in my eyes. my hair is like a dark brown and i have light eyebrows….they’re like transparent. lol. but its because i’m naturally a blonde. i have a oval face and somewhat deep-set eyes. i usually wear black eyeliner on the bottom on the little lip and black mascara. but it looks wrong with this brown hair. and im really pale. so help please(:

i have a similar sort of set up as you: if you’ve got barely-there eyebrows, i’d invest in an eyebrow pencil, or for something more subtle a brown eyebrow sort of cream that you use a brush to apply with. accentuating your eyebrows will really bring out your eyes, and if you don’t color them in it’s very obvious that your hair color isn’t natural because they’re designed to match one another (eyebrows and hair color). if you don’t want to/can’t buy special eyebrow stuff, i’d just use a brown eye liner or pencil. if you’ve got deep set eyes, don’t rim the bottom lid: it cuts off your eye and makes it look smaller (anyone who’s taken a drawing course knows to not include the bottom lid). so, a general rule of thumb is use the makeup color that’s opposite the color of your eye. for instance i have green eyes so i use a subtle purple liner on top to accentuate the color. brown brings out blue eyes, but you could also use a dark blue liner as well. a charcoal grey also looks fabulous on light eyes. invest in a good quality mascara, you really get what you pay for: i use buxom lash, you can find it at sephora, to beef up my thick but short lashes on the bottom and the top. you may need to practice applying mascara to the bottom lashes, it requires a very steady hand.
